Jeff & Lindsey In Love- Part 2!

We spent another fun afternoon with Jeff and Linds... we tromped through the forest at Beamer Conservation area where L had an overwhelming "need" to make snow angels. There was barely any snow but she did find a spot and had her way. We also ventured through downtown Grimsby and grabbed a hot choc at Coffee Culture.  Brian and I always have fun with when we hang out with these two; thanks guys for coming out to play today!

A Valentine Wedding - sneak peek

We started off our 2009 weddings with Kim and Gian Francis' Valentine Wedding. This day was a long time coming - we booked them last May and I knew from our first meeting that Kim had planned out every detail to make her wedding day absolutely amazing - and it was!  The reception was at the Hamilton Golf and Country Club and was perfect, special thanks go to Lisa and Gordon; the decor and service were exceptional.  We also had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Windebank from HRM Photography.  

The sun began to shine just before the ceremony started and as we arrived at the Country Club the tiniest snowflakes began to fall. Gian looked at me and said "Wanda, this is the most perfect day. It's been everything I asked and prayed for."

Kim was radiant - she's a beautiful girl inside and out. The love she feels for Gian and for her family (and her new family) was so evident. 

Brian has their highlight reel just about ready to post so stay tuned.  I managed to take just a few photos as I was second shooter and assisting Brian the entire day. Thanks Kim and Gian Francis, we felt so honored to be a part of your special day - congratulations and lots of love!

Welcome to our New Blog!

Thank you for coming by to check out our new blog!  We are so excited about our new company name and website (studio67.ca).  Brian and I have considered a name change for quite some time and felt that we needed a more professional sounding name that reflected the quality of our work and also wanted the new name to be something easily remembered. We think we've done that with 'Studio 67'. We have fond memories of all the projects we produced under the name Carpenter Creations, but have now stepped into a new chapter; sometimes change is a good thing (we hope it's going to be a GREAT thing). 

We are kicking off our 2009 weddings this Saturday with Kim and Gian Francis' Valentine Wedding Story.  Stay tuned, you know their highlight reel will be coming very soon!  Please sign up for automatic notifications when we update our blog and check out our new demo that Brian put together from some of our 2008 weddings.
